Jay-Z has had a successful run since launching his new label Roc Nation…a joint venture with Live Nation. Here the Brooklyn native compares running a label to having kids. He also touches on the importance of allowing an artist to find its way. We’ve watched him launch the careers of J Cole, Willow Smith, and many more artists. The guy is doing something right.
