It’s very likely that you’ve never heard of Shaun Li. The newcomer to TCT is apart of Museum Recordings, an independent group of artists all hailing from St. Louis, Missouri. While Shaun is actually very close within our network of friends from STL, his music is very new to us. Fusing his own St. Louis sound, with similarities of the likes of Kid Cudi, and several other artists, he’s ready to reveal to the world his debut solo project, Hi Liter. I’ve only had an opportunity to hear some of the tracks, but he definitely got me with this impressive introduction track. The EP features the likes of Bryant Stewart, Taylor Kaye, Ronn Logic, Orlando Vaughn, Amir V Abdul and Just Being. You can download and stream it below.
