Maybe this was all apart of D’Angelo’s plan, maybe it wasn’t. Either way, disappearing for a decade has gotten the R&B artist major attention. First it was the super-rare interview that GQ landed with him, then it was the surprise performance at Bonaroo, and now, he’s been added to the 2012 BET Awards Lineup. His first televised performance in over a decade, D’Angelo has to be preparing something big for us. Either way…I now have a reason to actually be excited about this year’s show.
